MINIMUM ORDER Minimum order requirement is 12 pieces per color per style, and $300 per order or reorder. Catalog images display products in actual size. PRICING The prices indicated herein are effective as of the date of publication and are subject to change without notice. PAYMENT TERMS All first time orders are shipped COD, Money Order, Prepaid, or Credit Card. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or Discover Card. Net 30 terms are available for qualified accounts that have completed a credit application. Please contact your Account Manger for further information. SHIPPING Standard shipping is via UPS Ground, at the customer's expense. UPS Next Day, 2nd Day, or 3rd Day shipping is also available, at additional cost. Every effort is made to ship orders received by 2PM PST on the same day. BACKORDERS You may request that we maintain items not currently available on backorder for you. You can determine what's on backorder by referencing the Back Order column on your most recent Invoice. Backorders will be shipped as stock becomes available. RETURNS All returns require a return authorization and must be made within 90 days. A copy of the original invoice and reason for return must accompany all returns. Non-defective returns of unused merchandise in original packaging will incur a 15% restocking fee. Defective items will receive full credit. Credit will be issued subject to return authorization. CUSTOM ORDERS Charlestone Intl owns and operates complete manufacturing facilities in China. Therefore, we are able to offer superior custom manufacturing. Please supply physical samples, digital photos, or drawings with design specifications to receive a price quote. A die charge and minimum order quantity will apply. Please allow 6-8 weeks from the date of your confirmed order for receipt of custom merchandise.
